Recurring Event Descriptions
Archery practice is held periodically, and as we continue to reover from the COVID-19 pandemic will become a regular occurrence in the Barony. These events have a rotating location, so be sure to check the calendar for details. All are invited to attend and loaner gear is available to those interested in trying archery. These practices are subject to cancellation pending poor weather conditions. Cancellations and other announcements will be made on the Facebook discussion group.

Weekly heavy and rapier fighter practices are held on Sunday afternoons from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. All are invited to attend and loaner gear is available to those interested in trying combat. These practices are subject to cancellation or location change pending poor weather conditions. Cancellations and other announcements will be made on the Facebook discussion group.
Fighter practices are normally held at the park located at the West Hills YMCA (please check the calendar for exact location). We set up in the park on the other side of the parking lot below the YMCA.

This is our monthly business meeting in which we review officer reports, agenda items, and upcoming events. This event is open to the public, but those wishing to attend should note that these meetings are very business-heavy.
Our monthly business meeting is held on the first Tuesday of every month, location to be determined. The in-person location will be updated here with address when it is available.
This is our yearly, in-depth business meeting, held in January, where we review budget items, purchasing, officer reports, event reports for the previous and upcoming years, and other agenda items. This event is open to the public and is a potluck-style affair. Locations rotate depending upon the year, so be sure to check the calendar for details. Much like business meetings, this meeting focuses on business and not so much on socializing.
